Kathy Sidhu is VHA’s interim Vice President of Quality, Best Practice, Research and Education. In this role, she works with an interprofessional team of health leaders to support personal support workers, nurses, and rehab therapists in providing safe, high quality care.
A registered physiotherapist with a research-based Master’s in Health Sciences, both from the University of Western Ontario, Kathy is in her 15th year at VHA. She has had a breadth of experience in roles from the frontline to leadership positions in operations, professional practice, and most recently as Director of Quality. Kathy also holds an Adjunct Lecturer position at the University of Toronto, Rehabilitation Sciences Sector, and a variety of certifications in quality improvement and patient safety.
Outside of work, Kathy can be found enjoying any athletic pursuit that keeps her active and outdoors with family and friends.
