We provide an environment where volunteers are engaged, challenged and rewarded. If you’re looking for a hands-on volunteer opportunity with a leader in community health and want to make a positive difference in people’s lives, you belong at VHA. Volunteering is a commitment which includes:

  • Training and ongoing support provided
  • Assignments are a minimum of 12 weeks in length
  • Most volunteer roles require 3-4 hours per week, plus travel time (if any)
  • Some roles are in-person, some are in-home, in a facility or remote

VHA has many volunteer programs looking for volunteers. Please note that some of our programs are currently paused due to COVID-19. Already know you’re interested in becoming a volunteer? Scroll down to our sign up form.
