Jennifer Blum is VP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at VHA Home HealthCare. She joined the organization in 2008.

Prior to joining VHA, Jennifer was Director, Financial Planning at University Health Network, a health care organization comprised of Toronto General, Toronto Western, and Princess Margaret hospitals, and Toronto Rehab. Her experience also includes tenure as the VP Finance and CFO at the Ontario Centres of Excellence where she developed strategic partnerships to encourage private investment in start-up technologies in communications and IT.

Jennifer has held board positions with Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN), one of the largest telemedicine networks in the world, and Compute Canada, Canada's national advanced research computing (ARC) platform (now part of Digital Research Alliance of Canada).
