What is the program?
Designed and run by the Research & Innovation team at VHA, the Champions of Change Interprofessional Fellowship program provides personal support workers and nurses with an opportunity to work together to design and lead a quality improvement project related to VHA’s strategic priorities.
Through developing, implementing, and evaluating a Quality Improvement (QI) initiative, fellows will drive positive change within their clinical teams.
This year, fellows will design and implement a quality improvement initiative to support PSWs in peer-to-peer information sharing to improve client care.
