We know our clients and families have a lot of demands on their time, especially those who are receiving our palliative care services. We are implementing a new dedicated palliative phone line for clients who call our offices so that they can receive quick and reliable service from our Call Centre Representatives.
If you are a palliative client and call-in to speak with our Customer Service Representatives, you will be prompted to dial 9 to be transferred to our dedicated Palliative Phone Line. By dialing 9, your call will receive prompt attention.
