We’re proud to announce that VHA has been included in the top 25 on a listing of Canada’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2026 by Forbes. This ranking recognizes the top 200 employers across Canada who set the standard for strong, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures.

This prestigious ranking is based on an independent and anonymous survey of more than 37,000 Canadian employees from organizations with at least 500 employees. The data collected is reviewed in partnership with Statistica who evaluates culture-focused responses from participants centred on fairness, acceptance, and opportunity.

The official list was announced on July 15, 2026 with VHA ranking 21st on the list of 200 organizations being recognized for best company culture.

VHA’s exceptional workplace culture can be accredited to its commitment to evidence-based practices. 2026 marked the fifth release of VHA’s annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Report. Through education and training, creating an inclusive work culture, community inclusion, and data and assessment, VHA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Report documents our efforts to build a fairer and more inclusive workplace through concrete actions across the organization.

VHA’s 2025 Annual Impact Report also demonstrates VHA’s commitment to advancing sustainability in alignment with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
