AbilitiCBT by Morneau Shepell

AbilitiCBT

AbilitiCBT is a virtual internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program that can be accessed from any device. Upon completion of an online questionnaire, you will be connected with a professional therapist by phone, video, or messaging. There are 10 structured modules to work through at your own pace while your therapist monitors your progress. Each module contains activities, videos, and assignments to help you learn, develop and practice new skills.

Bounce Back is a free skill-building course-based program that can be done virtually online or over the phone. Bounce Back is designed to help adults manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. The program is delivered online or over the phone with a coach. Mental Health Commission of Canada: Mental Health First Aid (French)

The Mental Health Commission of Canada has created an online course called Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). MHFA is the help given to people who are beginning to manifest a mental health problem or who are going through a psychological crisis. Like first aid for physical injuries, mental health first aid is provided until appropriate treatment is offered or until the crisis subsides.

WHO’s Self-Help Plus

This is an online 5-session stress management course for large groups and is delivered by supervised, non-specialist facilitators who complete a short training course and use pre-recorded audio and an illustrated guide.
