AbilitiCBT by Morneau Shepell

AbilitiCBT

This is an internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program that can be accesses from any device. Upon completion of an online questionnaire, you get connected with a professional therapist by phone, video, or messaging.

There are 10 structured modules to work through at your own pace while your therapist monitors your progress. Each module contains activities, videos, and assignments to help you learn, develop and practice new skills

CAMH: Managing your Stress and Anxiety

This resource provides information and evidence-based coping strategies to help manage stress and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also offers educational and informational supports and has a peer support feature.

This is an internet and app-based platform that connects people with health services in their area.

ConnexOntario provides confidential health services information for those experiencing alcohol and drug addiction, mental illness or gambling.

COVID Coach

This app supports self-care and overall mental health during the pandemic. It offers education about coping, tools for self-care and to improve emotional wellbeing, trackers to check your mood and measure growth towards personal goals.

MindBeacon

MindBeacon offers guided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where a therapist guides you through a CBT program of readings and exercises, to help you improve resilience. It also offers live sessions where you book a video or phone session with a therapist of your choice.

WellCan: Wellness Together Canada

This app and website provides a toolkit for improving mental wellness. They offer a self-assessment, tracking health metrics, self-guided courses and apps, online community of support and coaching and virtual one-to-one counselling.
