What is the program?
Designed and run by the Research and Innovation team at VHA, the Champions of Change Interprofessional Fellowship program provides personal support workers and nurses with an opportunity to work together to design and lead a quality improvement project related to VHA’s strategic priorities.
Through developing, implementing, and evaluating a Quality Improvement (QI) initiative, fellows will drive positive change within their clinical teams.
This year, fellows will design and implement a quality improvement initiative to understand PSW work schedule preferences that work best for staff and clients.
