myVHA is a new client portal that VHA has created to give our clients greater control over how and when they receive care. It is designed to enhance our ability to communicate effectively with our clients and their families.

How do I register?

All VHA clients who receive personal support service and shift nursing services from VHA will have access to the myVHA portal when it launches in December 2022. Clients receiving other services from VHA will have access later in 2023.

myVHA is a completely secure platform. VHA Home HealthCare understands the extreme sensitivity of your personal health information and takes all necessary measures to ensure the privacy and security of information in the myVHA client portal.

For details about VHA’s privacy and security practices, please visit the privacy section on our website or contact VHA’s privacy officer at privacy@vha.ca. Please be sure to play your part to ensure the information remains protected. Do not share your password or login details with anyone unless you want them to have access to your information. Whenever you log into the portal, be sure you are in a private space and no one else can view the information, other than those you wish to see it. If you forget your password, open the myvha.vha.ca site and click on the “Reset Password” link. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
